Participants will gain practical and theoretical knowledge and experience through lectures, workshops and rehearsals which culminate in festive pontifical services. Further, participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, get to know like-minded people and expand their liturgical repertoire.</div> <div> The <B>All-Night Vigil</B> will be held at the <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" >St. Seraphim of Sarov Russian Orthodox Church at the Dormition Convent "Novo-Diveyevo"</FONT> in Nanuet (Spring Valley), New York.</div> <div> The<B> Divine Liturgy </B>will be held at the <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" >Holy Synod Cathedral</FONT><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" > </FONT><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" >of the Mother of God of the Sign</FONT> in New York City.</div> <div> Conference presentations and discussions will be in English. A simultaneous translation on a professional, state-of-the-art wireless system will be provided for Fr. Dimitry Bolgarsky's lecture in Russian.</div> <div> The church services will be chanted by antiphonal choirs in both Church Slavonic and English. Cancellations must be received by September 24, 2005.</div> <bR> <div> <I><B>Travel Information:</B></I></div> <div> Travel time from the area airports to the hotel without traffic is 45 minutes-1 hour. However, due to rush-hour traffic on weekdays, travel time may exceed 2-3 hours. Travel from Synod to the airports on Sunday should take 1-2 hours. Add atleast an hour to get through airport security.
